Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of app.geekhub.mxand any related websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Geek Vibes USA LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Geek Vibes”, “we”, “our”), the operator of the Geek Hub product. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may modify them; changes take effect upon posting.

2. The Service

Geek Hub is a unified gateway to large language model (LLM) providers. The Service includes the marketing site, the waitlist, the dashboard, the inference API, documentation, and any related communications.

3. Intellectual property

All Service content — text, graphics, code, designs, and logos — is owned by Geek Vibes or its licensors. The marks Geek Hub, Geek Social, Geek Agent, Geek Commerce, and Geek Factory are property of Geek Vibes.

3.2 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Service content without prior written permission, nor perform reverse engineering on any part of the Service.

3.3 Permitted use. Personal, non-commercial viewing. Academic citations remain governed by applicable copyright law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms. You may not: engage in unlawful activity, harm Service systems, distribute malware, scrape data, impersonate any person, send spam, or collect personal data without authorization.

4.2 You warrant the accuracy of information you submit and assume responsibility for false or outdated data.

5. Third-party links

External links are provided as a convenience. Geek Vibes is not responsible for the content, practices, or legality of linked sites.

6. Forms, waitlist and accounts

Submitting a form or joining the waitlist does not constitute a binding offer. Any commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure. We do not assume responsibility for the consequences of such interruptions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geek Vibes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including business interruption or loss of data.

8.2 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geek Vibes from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents or guardians may request deletion at soporte@geekhub.mx.

10. Modifications

Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

Geek Vibes may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason it deems justified.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
